Well, apologies to the 2 1/2 readers that I have out there. It's been a tough year, and an even tougher summer.
Rob is back in the U.S., but not before contracting malaria. He's taken medication and seems to have beaten it. All in all, a mild case of that nasty illness.
On a more tragic front, my brother-in-law, who is only 36 and has four kids was diagnosed yesterday with stage 4 colon cancer that has matastized to his liver. Needless to say we are very busy supporting our families who are absolutely devistated.
